The United States was placed in Group B with Panama, Martinique and the victor of a series between Haiti and Nicaragua (March 24 and 28). Honduras, the victor of January's Copa Centroamericana are seeded in Group A and will face Costa Rica, French Guiana and Canada.

The U.S., will face Panama to kick off Group B, July 8 in Nashville.

The final group stage match will be set in stone once Haiti and Nicaragua play a two-leg playoff on March 24 and March 28.

Away from Frisco, the United States have been given Panama, Martinique, and Haiti or Nicaragua as their opponents.
