The California man who tipped off authorities to the location of a missing 15-year-old Middle Tennessee girl and the man police say kidnapped her was awarded more than $10,000 Friday morning for his involvement in the case that garnered national attention.
Whatley described the commune as clothing optional and said Elizabeth spent several days in the presence of nude men before Cummins took her to the cabin that would be their last stop.
Jill Cummins filed for divorce after 31 years of marriage after finding out what she feared the most was true. Cummins now faces one federal count of transportation of a minor across state lines for the objective of criminal sexual intercourse as well as state charges of sexual contact with a minor and aggravated kidnapping.
"This child loves food and she loves coffee", Bozeman said, adding that her sister is happy to "eat real food".
In a Friday interview on "Inside Edition", Jill Cummins said she talked to her husband about the teen before he disappeared. "I still believe that", she said.
Cummins, 50, was arrested and Elizabeth Thomas, 15, was found last Thursday after Barry told authorities the two were staying in a remote cabin near Cecilville, California, near the OR border.
In Tennessee, Cummins is facing additional charges of aggravated kidnapping and having sexual contact with a minor.

For over a month, they were the subject of a nationwide manhunt that ended peacefully in Northern California on April 20, 2017. "So, in my heart I don't think she would have left Rebecca for a very long time". She allegedly knocked one daughter unconscious with a wooden board and bruised another's leg by throwing a chair at her.
Thomas is accused of abusing five of her 10 children, including Elizabeth. "And very jittery", her father said.
If authorities have incriminating recordings of Tad Cummins, they could be used against him in court.
