This is the iPhone 8, apparently

While not a drastic re-imagination like the iPhone 8, the 7s and 7s Plus will also get updated internals, new cameras and the new OLED display. So it makes sense for Apple to segment its smartphones by camera quality and capabilities, too.

From the photos, one can gauge the fact that the iPhone 8 is much closer to the 4.7-inch iPhone 7 chassis size, it is marginally taller and a fraction wider than the iPHone 7.

As for anyone curious regarding the redesigned iPhone 8, we recently posted exclusive images of what the final iPhone 8 design will likely look like. Take a look below for more details. The news also noted that Apple had accepted TPK's quote of US$18-22 for the new 3D Touch solution to be used in the iPhone 8 shipping in September.

Apple is tipped to be plotting major hardware upgrades for the model. Thus the iPhone 7 was a victim of timing. The creation of iPhone 8 may trump the success Samsung is enjoying at the moment. But analysts forecast strong demand for the 10th anniversary device, given its new design and exciting new features. It'll also feature a virtual fingerprint sensor, though that isn't confirmed right now. At this point, it's safe to assume that Apple might actually be asking iPhone fans to sell their kidneys. The company doesn't like change for the sake of it after all.

It was one of the worst atmospheres I've been in after the game [West Ham] in the changing room, everyone was so disappointed.

The iPhone 8 is expected to come with a new TrueTone OLED display with a screen to body ratio even better than that on the Galaxy S8 and LG G6.

Very expensive is the upcoming iPhone device. Rumors suggest that it would be a 5.8-inch flagship handset with an edge-to-edge display. The iPhone 8 shows a vertical camera module. The smartphone will focus on VR and improved camera performance, which will require more functionality in landscape mode. The image shows a side-by-side comparison of what appear to be iPhone moulds.

Looking at the pricing above, the iPhone 8's pricier retail price doesn't seem outlandish.

Price wise, it's no surprise that Apple plans to charge a premium for the iPhone 8, with the entry-level 128GB model said to retail for $1000 and the more storage-friendly 256GB model said to retail for $1,099. Interesting times for all.
