Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Launch Trailer Reveals Release Date

Posted June 24, 2017

Activision has confirmed the rumored standalone edition of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare remastered will be available exclusively on PS4 from next week.

Arguably, the most appealing part of last year's Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare was the pack-in Modern Warfare Remastered.

Activision did not provide release dates for the Windows PC and Xbox One versions of the game. For another - in case you didn't already guess from the image above - Activision has remastered the game for this new release.

Modern Warfare was the moment when then Call of Duty series truly became the phenomenon that is today, bringing the setting into the modern era and stepping up the gameplay and cinematics to new heights. Now you can play this throwback without buying Infinite Warfare.

Djokovic, Nadal on course for French Open semi-final collision
The fourth-seeded Nadal marched into the quarterfinals for the 11th time with another commanding clay-court performance in Paris . Pliskova, the Czech, beat Carina Witthoft of Germany 7-5 6-1, while Svitolina of Ukraine overcame Poland's Magda Linette 6-4 7-5.

But you'd rather see the game in action, right? Anyone seeking a copy of Infinite Warfare can still purchase The Legacy addition for $49.99 (Xbox One).

It will be available on 27th June on the PS4 both physically and digitally and will cost you about $ 40. Here's a comparison of the trailer and of the old game. With the game comes the engaging single player campaign as well as the original 16 multiplayer maps. In Short, this is the same campaign you loved, but the graphics are getting a huge upgrade. Modern Warfare Remastered will be available for $39.99 on June 27 for the PlayStation 4.

While there were a total of 20 Modern Warfare maps with DLC involved, not all of them are making it to the remastered version of the game.
