The magistrate asked the actor whether he has any complaints against the police. It is not certain whether the mobile phones submitted at the court were used for the crime. The court considered the contentions of the police and extended the police custody of Dileep by a day.

Aluva: The Angamaly court, which denied bail to actor Dileep in the actress attack case on Saturday, witnessed lighter moments when actor Dileep was brought back to the court by the police even after the verdict was pronounced.

The police is also thinking of questioning Dileep and Appunni together as Dileep is now under the consistent denial of any relationship with Pulsar Suni. Dileep is now likely to approach the Kerala High Court for bail.

He alleged that there was no evidence against Dileep and he was being framed in the case.

Meanwhile, Dileep's lawyer submitted two mobile phones, which allegedly have the visuals of the assault, before the court for scientific examination.
