In seeking US$5 million (NZ$6.8 million) bail on a stolen auto charge this week, prosecutors said he had been diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Police searched the Solebury, Pennsylvania, farm owned by 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo's family after four young men disappeared for three days last week, the Daily Mail reported.

Still not accounted for are Thomas Meo, 21, of Plumstead Township; Mark Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg; and Jimi Patrick, 19, of Newtown Township.

Investigators found the body of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, who disappeared last Friday, in a "common grave" on the 90-acre farm in Solebury Township, Philadelphia. A few moments later, he made her wildest dreams come true.

July 11: Weintraub calls Cosmo DiNardo a "person of interest" in the case.

Meo and Sturgis were friends who worked together, police say. DiNardo sold quarter-pound quantities of marijuana for several thousand dollars and sold handguns to area residents, the person said. "Everybody you talk to about this guy, you hear he's mentally unstable".

Weintraub said on Wednesday afternoon that DiNardo is back in custody for stealing a auto owned by Meo.

"We're going to see this investigation through to the end", said the district attorney. "This is a homicide, no question about it".

Asked if the spat would hang over their upcoming match, Konta said: "I'm playing against another tennis player, another opponent. The Romanian is probably the most talented player yet to win a Grand Slam . "I don't think so". "Of course, it's a big change".

He added: 'We're strong, and we're going to remain strong and we're going to bring each and every one of these lost boys home, one way or another'.

DiNardo, whose family owns the sprawling farm property where authorities have focused their search, was jailed on Monday for an unrelated gun charge and released on the 10-percent cash option of a $1 million bail Tuesday.

DiNardo's parents issued a statement through their attorney, Fortunato Perri Jr.

UPDATE, 12:27 a.m. ET Thursday: Investigators have discovered human remains in the search for four young Pennsylvania men, The Associated Press reported early Thursday.

DiNardo has only been charged with vehicle theft.

PEOPLE could not reach any of the missing men's family members for comment.

Weintraub would not answer questions on why the DiNardo property is the main search site, and stressed that Cosmo DiNardo does not face any charges related to the men's disappearance.

"We've been treating this from the outset as a criminal investigation and nothing has deterred that from this point", he said.
