Saints starting CB Delvin Breaux to miss 4-6 weeks after misdiagnosis

Subsequently, the Saints have fired two orthopedists from their medical staff, Deryk Jones and Misty Suri. Breaux will now undergo surgery and miss 4-6 weeks. Mike Triplett, with ESPN, then reported Wednesday that the team learned Breaux had apparently suffered a fractured fibula.

On Tuesday night Payton spoke to the team about the situation in a closed doors meeting. But the team was reportedly frustrated with Breaux's injuries, including his inability to participate in most of training camp, before realizing that his injury was worse than originally diagnosed.

"He made that promise to the team". There is already some interest from other teams around the league.

Suri also works for the New Orleans Pelicans, and according to a report by Mason Ginsberg, he will retain his job with the National Basketball Association team despite being fired by the Saints.

Giroud earns Arsenal madcap opening win
Giroud sealed the win with a thumping header five minutes from time to seal for the Gunners their first win of the new season. But from the corner, taken by Mahrez, Vardy drifted away from Xhaka and Monreal to glance a header into the far corner.

A spokesperson for Ochsner Health System, where the two orthopedists work, issued a statement Wednesday on the risings.

"I think it's not one event, it probably builds up over a period of time", coach Sean Payton said when asked about the decision to dismiss the doctors.

The Saints will face the Chargers in their second preseason game on Sunday.

The New Orleans Saints have finally figured out what has been taking so long for cornerback Delvin Breaux to heal. But his season was derailed by a broken fibula in Week 1 last season, and he wound up playing just six games because of the leg injury and a shoulder injury later in the year.
