Total expands in North Sea with purchase of Maersk Oil
The cost savings will be seen "in particular by the combination of assets of Total and Maersk Oil in North Sea". It will also take over all decommissioning obligations, worth around $2.9 billion.

A report from the Verge states that the phone is already available for buying in United Kingdom and UAE.

Starting from August 22nd, Alpha-One will also enter the UAE market: the premium smartphone will be available at the Levant luxury boutique in the Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping center and in the highest-level hotels in UAE such as Levant Boutique at Atlantis Hotel The Palm, Jumeirah Al Qasr Hotel, Jumeirah Al Naseem Hotel, Four Season Hotel, and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Hotel. While this is all the luxury the phone offers for shelling a sky-high amount of money, the specs are something that you will not be smitten by. An Italian leather case is also provided with the phone. Earlier, Lamborghini has launched Antares, and 88 Tauri smartphones and the new Alpha One becomes its third smartphone. The onboard version of Android is 7.0 Nougat, atop which sits a customised software. Its front camera is 8 megapixels and the main rear camera has digital image stabilization for its 20 megapixels. But the highlight of the phone, in terms of design, is the handcrafted Italian leather fascia that covers the back, leaving just enough room to show off that shiny charging golden bull in the Lamborghini logo. The phone came with a 20MP rear camera and 8MP front camera.
