Now, it's 2017 No. 1 overall pick Markelle Fultz who's going to miss time due to an injury.

"Following consultation with several shoulder specialists, including a visit with Dr". Philadelphia 76ers guard and first-overall draft pick Markelle Fultz has been having shoulder problems. Fultz will be re-evaluated by Dr. Kleber in three weeks, making his earliest possible return date November 20 against the Utah Jazz.

Fultz has been hampered by his shoulder all season. This latest news comes after the 76ers revealed Fultz would sit out three games as he dealt with shoulder soreness.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Goes Official: Available From 2 Nov Onwards
This means that only one SM is disabled out of the maximum 20 - this translates to just 128 CUDA Cores less than GeForce GTX 1080. This week the folks at NVIDIA have revealed their NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti graphics card with Pascal GPU technology inside.

There is an open debate as to whether Fultz changed his shot because he was hurt or the changes he made in his shot caused the injury.

He has shot just 33.3 percent from the field so far this season and has not attempted a three-point shot.

He had averaged 23.3 points in his lone college season with the University of Washington.

Either way Fultz won't be playing anytime soon. That includes losing four of their first five games, but the 76ers did beat the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday (Oct. 28) to get another notch in the win column.
