HTC has announced that it will roll out the Android 8.0 Oreo update for its flagship, the HTC U11 on 27 November.

LHC orders release of JuD chief Hafiz Saeed
On January 31, Saeed and his four aides - Abdullah Ubaid, Malik Zafar Iqbal, Abdul Rehman Abid and Qazi Kashif Hussain. A Punjab Home Department official said it is feared the release could invite worldwide sanctions on the country.

However, his tweet mentioned that only the unlocked variant of the U11 will be updated to Oreo. HTC has added the best-in-class cameras on the U11, and the phone also has the top-notch hardware. HTC did promise its release but we weren't sure when exactly the update would be ready. With Android 8.0 Oreo, Nokia 8 gets no skins and no changes in the user interface and no bloatware or pre-installed apps. Even so, in the end, the Android Oreo upgrade will reach all HTC U11 units in the US. This and other efficient features will also optimize the smartphone in a way that helps it in saving battery. Soon after that, Android Oreo update was rolled out to the users of the smartphone in Taiwan. The 10, Ultra and u11 life will receive the update. The HTC U11 Life came with an Android 8.0 version out of the box for all global markets besides the U.S. market.

Meanwhile, the Nokia 5 and 6 Series are now running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and available and are already available in India.
