Construction continues on the new apartment village located by the Butler Bowl.

Next fall will mark the opening of a new apartment complex on Butler’s campus. The Butler University Apartment Village is currently under construction, but it will be a housing community available to 2006-2007 juniors and seniors.

After a somewhat stupid stunt early last week involving high-heeled shoes, a table, jumping, and, surprisingly enough, no alcohol, I was borderline horrified to realize that I would have to make a visit to the Butler University Health Center.

Experience earned Butler the No. 5 spot on the Horizon League Preseason Men�s Basketball Poll. The poll, released Tuesday, October 11, also named senior forward Brandon Polk to the All-League Preseason First Team.
