Herman Filice pleaded not guilty on Friday.	Filice pleads not guilty as Butler community reacts to charges Thursday, February 2, 2006, 15:13 EST Herman Filice, the part-time English professor who was charged with rape on Thursday, pleaded not guilty at his hearing in court on Friday. Filice, 35, has been released from his teaching duties at Butler, but will still be paid by the university until he is through the legal process.
