O.A.R., a band which just last month sold out New York’s Madison Square Garden, will return to perform at Butler on April 4.

Wednesday night’s 72-64 win over Youngstown State was special for a lot of people in a lot of ways. For the three seniors on the team, Brandon Polk, Avery Sheets, and Bruce Horan, it marked the last regular season home game they would play in a Butler uniform. The 5,000 fans in attendance gave the trio a warm and deserving standing ovation as they were called to center court before the game to be recognized.

“Luke’s Father and the Sled” was a Butler Theatre production in December of 2003. It was later made into a movie, although not in Hollywood. Still, though, the film felt quite professional on the acting and technical levels.
