With the vandalism found in Resco earlier this year and the recent Sex on the Mall event sponsored on campus, the Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transgender (GLBT) community has been one that has somewhat been in the campus spotlight for a few weeks. Following the vandalism incident in Resco, many students felt an array of negative emotions, from slight annoyance to downright anger, toward the administration.

Recently I received a letter from the Registration and Records Office telling me my enrollment appointment for next semester’s class registration is Tuesday, Nov. 7 at noon. This time occurs during my 11 a.m. class that day, which goes until 12:15 p.m.

Drake won its sixth consecutive game Saturday by the score of 29-0 over the host Butler Bulldogs who had no answer for running back Scott Phaydavong. The Drake junior rushed for a game high 242 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries while the defense held an opponent scoreless for the first time this season.
