"The New Solar System" is the newest show at the Holcomb Observatory.
With the recent change of Pluto to being classified as a "dwarf planet" by the International Astronomical Union (IAU) this late August, astronomy seems to be sharing some national attention, even with a large facebook group to prove it.

I will be the first to admit that I gave in to all the hype in the 2004 election season. I when I went to Cincinnati, Ohio for a few weekends before the election and I was fed lines about how well we were polling and how there were certain districts that would most assuredly swing Democrat.

With the first annual “Hoosier Helmet” on the line and the pressure of a playing in front of a large crowd on Butler’s homecoming weekend, the Bulldogs took the field and dominated the visiting Crusaders of Valparaiso in a 31-10 victory. Junior receiver Nate Miller electrified the fans with two first half touchdown catches to give the Bulldogs a quick 14-0 lead.

"People have been thinking that this is too good to be true, and now they know it is live because you have just heard a major screw up," said vocalist and guitarist Kevin Griffin during the performance when Better Than Ezra (BTE) rocked Clowes Memorial Hall last Friday. They took stage around 9:15 p.m. as part of the fall 2006 Homecoming concert.
