The Butler men’s basketball team, defeated Indiana University 60-55, Tuesday night (Nov. 14) to advance in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) Season-Tip Off. With the win, the Bulldogs grabbed a No. 1 spot in the RPI rankings, making them the top team in the country for the time being.

I woke up (late) on the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 8, and I thought it was Christmas morning. I had gone to bed happy the night before, because the local candidates I had supported were victorious in Marion County, however, I didn’t know that things would just keep getting better and better.

Notre Dame had no answer for the duo of A.J. Graves and Mike Green Monday night at Conseco Fieldhouse. The Butler guards combined for 47 points and 15 assists to lead the Bulldogs to a narrow 71-69 victory over the Fighting Irish.
