The Butler men’s basketball team defeated Old Dominion 57-46 on Thursday at the HSCB Arena is Buffalo, New York in their First Round game of the NCAA Tournament. In the Bulldog’s tale of two halves, they were able to bounce back from a first half deficit to fight for the 11-point win.

The Butler women’s basketball team lost its chance to earn an automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament as it fell 91-64 to No. 22 UW-Green Bay in the championship game of the Horizon League Tournament. The Bulldogs finished the regular season with a 16-15 record and 11-5 in conference play, earning a share of second place in the conference regular season play and a No. 3 seed in the tournament.

Between cramming for that killer psychology exam, meeting up with your best friend Katie at the mall, and rehearsing for this year’s Freshman skits, it is easy to forget about one of the most important issues of all: environmental concerns. After all, if we don’t take care of our environment, in years to come, none of these other things will matter.
