Mark Helmus, new vice president of university advancement

President Bobby Fong announced Mark Helmus as the new vice president for university advancement through a campus-wide e-mail Monday afternoon. According to the e-mail, Helmus has served as the interim vice president since April and was Butler’s senior director of development, gift planning, since fall 2003.

Prior to working here, Helmus was at Franklin College where he served as Interim Director of Development.

Far, far away, in the land of Yugoslavia, there lives Prince Alexander II, and his beautiful Princess, by the name of Katherine. One day - April 25, 2007 - the Royal couple traveled to a far off land called Indianapolis, Ind., where they arrived to accept the Ambassadors for Children Peace Award.
