Finals are lurking around the corner and students are inevitably getting stressed. The effects of this stress can take a toll on the body as well as a student’s performance in the classroom.

“I feel stressed because finals are a large part of my GPA and academic standing condensed into one week, and preparing for them over what you have learned in a whole semester is kind of mind boggling,” commented Doug Lewis, a sophomore business major.

Christmas decorations were beginning to creep out after the Back-to-School supplies at the big superstores like Meijer, Wal Mart and Target were clearing out.

Jaime Koch walked into her house after a long day of work and class. She paused for a moment outside of the house, fondly referred to as the “Blonde Bombshell,” and took a deep breath. The five roommates had thrown a party the night before, and Koch knew she was about to walk into a disaster zone.
