Gen. Colin Powell has a bright vision for the future."Believe the world's a great place," Powell said during a press conference before his lecture at Butler University on Monday. Powell noted many recent achievements made by countries around the world in his speech as part of the Butler University Celebration of Diversity Distinguished Lecture Series.
Powell spoke of former President Truman's speech to the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People in 1947.
