Susanna Foxworthy

Susanna is a public relations major and a biology and French minor.

She serves as junior class president and is also involved in student government and in the Butler University Student Foundation. She serves as secretary for fall alternative break and is hoping to study abroad in the Spring.

Susanna would like to promote science education for children for her career. She loves to travel, sing, bicycle, and also dreams of one day owning an el camino.

Sarah Arntz

Sarah is a junior journalism major/history minor born and raised in Nashville, TN where she graduated from Father Ryan High School in 2005. Since she has been at Butler, she has been involved in the yearbook, SGA films committee, AOC, volunteering and basketball band.

In her spare time, she enjoys music, shooting hoops, history books, photography, the Discovery Channel and any Will Ferrell movie. She also enjoys watching her favorite teams - the St. Louis Cardinals, Tennessee Titans and Vanderbilt.

Within the next year, she plans to participate in the Washington D.C. internship program. After graduation, she hopes to find a great journalism/history job back in Nashville.

Kelsey Truman

Kelsey Truman is a sophomore English major, Gender Studies minor from Cincinnati, Ohio. This is her first year working for Dawgnet.

One of her loftiest goals is to someday, as an adult, hold a steady job that will pay her money. She also hopes to join an all-girl roller derby. She is totally serious.

Also, Kelsey requests that anyone reading this who can loan her a copy of Notorious B.I.G.’s “Ready to Die” drop her an email at ktruman@butler.edu.

Assistant Opinion Editor
Tim Maurer

Tim Maurer returns to Dawgnet this semester as the assistant opinion editor. He is a middle secondary mathematics education major from Grand Rapids, Mich.

Besides writing for Dawgnet he is also a member of several band ensembles. These include the Butler University Marching Band (BUMB), Butler University Basketball Band (BUBB) and Butler University Symphonic Band. He usually plays baritone, but sometimes trombone. He is also a member of Kappa Kappa, a national honorary band service fraternity.

After graduation he looks forward to teaching in a middle or high school classroom.

Sports Editor
Brent Radtke

Brent is a Biology and French double major from Indianapolis, hailing from Bishop Chatard High School just down the street. He enjoys watching and playing sports as well as spending his free time with friends and family. This is his second semester on the Dawgnet staff.

In addition to Dawgnet, Brent is the fundraising co-chair for the Spring Sports Spectacular and a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity. He plans on joining the Army upon graduation and pursuing a graduate degree in Biology. He hopes to make it into a professional school at some point and teach at a local high school once he retires.
